I first meet Staci when my daughter took a job in Charles City as the events coordinator for the Chamber. I ran into some insurance issues shortly after that, I called Staci for advice. She not only answered my questions she ended up selling me new policies to replace my auto & homeowners she also helped with my daughter’s renters’ insurance. My daughter has since moved to Minneapolis, but Staci was there to help with the transition of policies to MN. Dealing with buying insurance is not one of my favorite things to do but it seemed much less painless with Staci’s help.
